Important event information
It is our primary aim to maintain Safety & Security for all those attending the Festival of Flight at Blackbushe airport A variety of security measures are in place including patrolling uniformed security officers. Please assist with the security team and only bring your essentials, as all visitors entering will have their belongings searched.

The event site will be open to the public from 10:00 – 17:00 each day.
Open from 9am to 6pm.
Parking is free and accessed through the British Car Auctions site signposted from the A30.
AA signs will clearly mark your route into the Airport…Please do all you can to assist our parking marshals and gate team.
It is possible to use the footpath around the eastern side of the airfield to access the event site, but this is a muddy and bumpy path and not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs. British Airways courtesy buses will provide frequent free transport to the terminal area and show site.
Note – there will be no parking available in the normal airport terminal car park throughout the event. Parking will only be available in the specially created event parking site on the north side of the airfield and accessed through the British Car Auctions BCA site.

As Blackbushe Airport does not enjoy direct public transport links, we are working in partnership with VGT Taxis to ensure you arrive as quickly as possible and begin enjoying your day. The closet railway stations to the event are Fleet Station and Blackwater Station. The fares would run on a taxi meter with the fare dependent on the traffic.

Please note that animals/pets are not permitted on site at any time, with the exception of guide dogs and other registered assistance dogs.
The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) have mandated that the car park area MUST be free of spectators during the flying displays. Agreement to this is a condition of entry, and if this request is ignored display flying will not be permitted to continue. Any inconvenience is regretted, but the CAA rules must be adhered to during display flying.
